How do I create a room?
To create a room, you need to have a registered account. Click "Create A Room" on the homepage, fill in your room details (name, description, settings), and you'll get a unique room code to share with your guests.
How do guests join my room?
Share your room code with guests. They can enter it on the homepage or go directly to your room URL. Guests can join anonymously or with their name.
What's the difference between Free, Pro, and Premium plans?
Free: 1 room, 25 guests, 3-day history
Pro ($9/month): 3 rooms, 100 guests, 7-day history, custom branding
Premium ($29/month): 10+ rooms, 500 guests, 30-day history, analytics, priority support
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access to your current plan features until the end of your billing period.
How do I moderate content in my room?
Room hosts can access moderation settings to enable content filtering, set up blocked words, and configure AI moderation. You can also manually approve or reject flagged content.
