Party Post Live provides a real-time chat platform that allows users to:

• Create and manage chat rooms for events and parties
• Share messages, photos, and reactions in real-time
• Create and participate in polls
• Moderate content and manage room participants
• Access analytics and room management tools

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

• Free Plan: 1 room, 25 guests, 3-day message history
• Pro Plan ($9/month): 3 rooms, 100 guests, 7-day history, custom branding
• Premium Plan ($29/month): 10+ rooms, 500 guests, 30-day history, analytics, priority support

4.2 Billing and Payment

By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following billing terms:

• All fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis
• Payments are processed through our secure payment processor (Stripe)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
• Taxes may be added to your bill as required by law

4.3 Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused time
• You will lose access to paid features at the end of your billing period
• Your account will revert to the Free plan limitations

4.4 No Refunds Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not provide refunds for:

• Partial months of service
• Unused subscription time
• Service dissatisfaction
• Account cancellation
• Feature changes or service updates

By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to our platform and that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

4.5 Chargeback Policy

CHARGEBACKS ARE PROHIBITED. By using our service, you agree that:

• You will not dispute charges with your payment provider
• You will not initiate chargebacks for any reason
• All billing disputes must be resolved directly with us
• Chargebacks will result in immediate account termination
• We reserve the right to pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

5. Acceptable Use Policy

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

6.4 Violence and Harmful Content

Violation of these content policies may result in:
